So, I got the chance to play Sonic Robo Blast 2 again, but this time on an actual Windows PC. Wow...these guys really put a lot into this game! It's not perfect, but for a volunteer project this blows most other fan-made games out of the water. Not only is it cool to have a free 3D Sonic game (with available level and character mods), but Sonikku and SSNTails captured the feel of the classic Sonic games. The level designs feel more like traditional Sonic than Sonic Adventure or even Heroes did. You have your stereotypical checkerboard/palm tree area and a hilltop-esque zone. Then there are the add-on levels. I didn't play many of them, but one in particular caught my eye - the first level of Super Mario Brothers! It was completely 2D, but included item boxes and even a fireflower that gave Sonic and crew the ability to throw fireballs.
SBR2 ranks high on the nostalgia factor, and any Sonic the Hedgehog fan should give this project a run. Heck, I hope when I grow up I can make stuff like this! Soon...soon...

Nonworking Designs
Today's a sad day in the gaming world. Working Designs, a videogame company that can trace its origins to the 80's officially announced that its doors are closing. Now it's always sad when a videogame company goes under, but the reasons for this company's downfall was rather sad. I can't say that I've played any of the games they brought to America except some of the Arc the Lad collection. The one thing that makes me really sad? They were pretty much done with releasing Goemon on PS2!!! NOOOOOOOO!!!!! I've been waiting for that since I first saw that obscure little screenshot back in PSM (wonder if that mag's still around...). So, I am a sad clown in that respect.
Finals are another story. I'd say my finals have had an ATK of about 3 with a DEF of around 5ish. SO EASY! It's HP is down, but you know what happens when the HP is low. That's right, Limit Breaks.
Man, someday I will post a meaningful post. In the meantime...11 days until Sega Saturn! WHOO!!!
Oh, that reminds me. Sonic Robo Blast 2 is a happy little free game. It seems some guys tweaked the DooM engine and made a 3-D Sonic the Hedgehog platformer. I suggest giving it a spin! It's pretty well done, though I could only play it under the restrictions of Virtual PC. I'm sure at full speed it's amazing. Even at reduced speed it's...amazing. Give it a try!

Where's the Ether?
I love video games. I really do. But games today tend to alarm me, and there's one simple reason for it - a lack of magic. By magic I mean an addictive quality that just made me want to play the snot out of a game. Super Mario Brothers 3 had it...Kirby's Adventure had it...heck, a ton of games had it. Once again, I'm probably just a bitter old man, but Halo 2 was fun the first time through. And then, it was fun again when I played multiplayer with people who didn't take the game so seriously. Online gameplay just didn't satisfy me. The only fun I've had with online gaming is playing Battlefront online with people I know. Oh, and Maple Story...of course that's online-only and I tried to avoid the serious Maplers.
Gamers are so "hardk0r3 t0 t3h maxx0rz" today. I'm glad that video games are getting more support from the mainstream nowadays, but every time I see a Spike TV commercial for it's "awards" program, I throw up just an itty bit. Oh, and a kitten dies. And my soul fades a bit. I sometimes fear that game developers sacrifice imaginative input for sparkly graphics.
This was going to go somewhere, but I lost my train of thought. Sorry about that. But you people should IM me and talk about this. It'd be a good conversation.
This post was boring. I promise a nicer one....later.

Green Greens, Butter Buildings, Posty Posts...
Holy Crap! I was just over at VGMix (which is an amazing site that any videogame or music fan should go to. I believe that's everybody, so everybody...GO THERE!). They have a new mix from Kirby Superstar. Can you believe that game is 10 years old!? I'm getting old...oh, Kirby Superstar...one of THE best Super Nintendo games ever.
Oh, what's this? A double post? Sorry, I was just amazed that the game was 10 years old. That, and I felt like plugging VGMix. And I was bored. And I'm preluding to the next post. Is preluding a word? I don't know. Well, I'm done for now. Buh-bye.

Previously on the Kingdom of Fuman...
"It sits there...laughing. Out there somewhere, sits a Sega Saturn. It's laughing...and gloating...it says "HAHA! You'll never get me! I'm far too elusive!" But Mr. Saturn (whoa, Earthbound) would be incorrect. For I see him...sitting on the eBay page."
Remember that? REMEMBER that? So, I'm sitting at my parents' computer Saturday night roaming eBay, mindlessly searching for a Sega Saturn deal. Oh, I came upon pages and pages of deals that were a bit...not dealish. AND THEN! And then, I found a nice little deal. Sure, I'd be paying a little bit for it, but I'd have a 3D controller and about 10 games (including NiGHTs and Sonic 3D Blast). I was close to buying it, but instead asked my dear old mother, "Mother dearest. You have been complaining that I haven't had much in the way of gift ideas. Mayhaps you'd like to purchase this Sega Saturn and games for me?" To which she replied something about not trusting online people for videogame consoles. I then told her I was going to buy it. Then, from the corner of my eye I see my stepdad setting down a USPS box. He opens it and...A SEGA SATURN SMILES AT ME! The heavens parted, light filled the room, and Yuji Naka's beaming face filled the sky. That's right, I'm getting a Saturn for Christmas. Oh yeah.
So, what else has been happening...my dearest Pecan Pie's play opened last weekend! Jennifer (the just-mentioned Pecan Pie) actually has the lead female part. If any of you readers will be in Shelbyville next weekend, I'd suggest shelling out the 5 gil...er...moneys to see it at the Shelbyville Community Theatre. It's called "East of the Sun" and is the wackiest Nordic myth I've ever seen. And that's the truth. The entire cast does a wonderful job and the set looks very nice. They've put in a lot of hard work towards this production, so let 'em know you appreciate them.
I've had videogames on the mind lately...I predict the next post will be about the lovely marvels known as BIDEO GEEMU! That's videogames for all you...normal people. Oh dear...it seems the White Castles I had for supper are wreaking havoc in my tummybox. It's time to rest...and read some more of Douglas Adams' The Long Dark Tea-Time of the Soul. Until next time, dear readers.

Lo, There Shall Come...a Post!
That's right, dear readers -- the Kingdom of Fuman is facing yet another revival! It's not a dream, not a hoax, not an imaginary tale! But can this author make an effort to continually update? Will good topics reveal themselves? Did a single person complain when this WASN'T updated? The answer to at least one of those questions is a nice NO. Or is it? You'll have to keep reading for that answer.
Prepare yourselves readers -- for soon today's videogames will come under fire, comics will be praised, and many more surprises will expose themselves. Join us for the next senses-shattering post in...

Hoo boy...this was brought to you by Ross.
All I have to say is this...this little kid is gonna be a mad scientist. And I fully support the little dude.

Adult Swim
Man, something just popped up into my head. Adult Swim was doin' their old Indian music show lineup bump. Where did all the shows go? I've been pretty much absent from the Adult Swim scene, and I've gotta tell you...even before I came here, Adult Swim's lineup had changed dramatically from the beginning. What's this Boondocks stuff? From comic strip to Adult Swim show? Well, we'll see. Maybe. I miss the days of Home Movies, Space Ghost, and Sealab. Oh, and Aqua Teen. Mmm...I feel a dream lineup coming.
Space Ghost Coast to Coast
Cartoon Planet
Aqua Teen Hunger Force
Sealab 2021
Futurama
Family Guy
Harvey Birdman
Robot Chicken
Oh what the heck...throw in Tom Goes to the Mayor so I can complain about how stupid it is. And Venture Brothers 'cause it can be good. OH, and bring back the ol' Aquaman dancing in random locations. That was GREAT!
Oh, I forgot that we need some anime shows. How about...Cowboy Bebop and Lupin the 3rd. That's it. That way we can fill a whole night with comedy AND anime. Or let anime have its own night. I don't really care. Well, I'm sure I'll have a lot of people disagreeing with me on the dream lineup. Leave me a comment if you so desire.

General Tso Mounts an Offensive
Okay, so I finally got my hands on Star Wars Battlefront II. If you liked the first one, you'll love this. But anyway, the more important part of this. Chinese restaurants.
I love Chinese resaurants, especially Chinese buffets. There's something amazing about those wacky little houses of joy. Why, just today my lovely Pecan Pie took me to a place in Muncie called Red Sun Buffet. It appeared much like any other Chinese/Japanese/Italian buffet, but I'd have to say it was very good. I began to think about those ol' places...and I came to a realization. Regardless of where I eat at a Chinese buffet, I feel at home. There's something familiar and comforting about the buffets.
Man, I felt like I had a nice little creative stream flowing. But that's all dried up suddenly. Well, take this pitiful half-post. And savor it.

Potage
This is a post about soup. As some of you may know, I am a diehard fan of soup. I would probably dispatch a baby or two just to get a taste of some heavenly mana more commonly called....soup.
Now, there are many many types of soup out there. If you ask me, thin broths are far superior to those thick, creamy types. I'm not saying I don't like a thick clam chowder or cream of brocolli. However, you really can't beat the nice salty Italian Style Wedding broth.
Here's a list of some amazing soups:
Italian-Style Wedding
Alan Hidy's Kick Butt Soup (not an actual name)
Brocolli and Cheese
Potato and Cheese w/Bacon
That's just a sampling. You know, a lot about life can be explained in terms of soup. For example, sometimes conflicts and situations are just too hot to handle at first. So, you have to stir around a bit, and maybe blow on a few individual parts of your life until you can better handle things. Yeah, that sounds good.
Life's kind of like Italian-Style Wedding, I suppose. The little bits of pasta are the masses. They're nothing too amazing on their own, but as a whole they are very delicious. You just can't imagine Italian-Style without the pasta. You also have those big ol' meatballs. Though few and far between, they have a lasting impact. And of course, those little bits of spinach floating around...they're behind the scenes, but give a nice taste to the broth. Also, they'll surprise you every now and then by sliding around your mouth and letting you know they're there.
I have a million of these. But for now, I'm done. Oh, and some very very very good news. Recordings of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy Radio Series have come into my possession. That's all the phases (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, Quintessential, and Quandary) for my listening enjoyment. OH! And another great discovery. Seems there's a nice little Earthbound remix project called Bound Together. I haven't listened to all of it, but the snippets I did hear sent little waves of happiness through me. Blue, blue, blue...
Well, that's all for now. Say "Fuzzy Pickles!"

Lunchtime doubly so...
So, I've taken to listening to the Hitchhiker's Guide original radio broadcasts. If you can acquire them, I'd suggest doing so! Just as the movie strayed from the TV series, which strayed from the books, this offers another variation of the story of the wholly remarkable book. In fact, the radio show came first. It's sad to think that we won't get any more of the genius of Douglas Adams, but we have a lot to thank him for.
I see that it's been a while since somebody's posted on this blog, and seeing as how I am the sole writer for this blog, I must accept full responsibility. I do this reluctantly, though. You may have noticed a new little feature on the right side of this here blog. I give you the Babel Fish from Alta Vista. Amaze your friends by claiming to read "only the finest Korean blogs!"
Today is a good day. Today, Star Wars Battlefront II came out much to the joy of...everyone but me. Well, not everyone. However, it's quite painful not having that shiny little disc of joy in my Xbox. Oh well, I can be patient. I have Phantom Brave to hold me over. Not to mention Makai Kingdom, We Love Katamari, and on and on...Oh, and I guess Episode III came out on DVD, too. Or something like that.
Remember Doom? Of course you do! If not, I suggest going and slapping yourself with a bag of frozen vegetables. It seems that there's been a project going on for a while now called Doom Legacy which is an effort to port Doom, Doom II, and the expansions to many many newer systems. Much to my joy, a Mac OSX version has been released with some major changes. You can actually look around in this one. Also, there have been some graphical improvements such as a nicer looking environment and lighting effects. The Imps' fireballs are all pretty and translucent now.
Well, there's not much else to report. I'm scared that soon I will be forced to read Infinite Crisis. We'll see how that goes. Oh, and my lovely Pecan Pie is coming up this weekend. Joy!
That's all for now.

One More Thing...
Alright, so my homepage is the Apple page which makes sense because I haven't changed it. So, of course I check out the news briefs in the middle of the page just so I have a heads up on the goings-on over at Apple. And I saw this...the new Power Mac G5 Quad. As I often do, I decided to pretend like I was going to buy one and built it at the Apple Store...this is what I made (the important parts anyway).
2.5GHz Quad-core PowerPC G5
16GB 533 DDR2 ECC SDRAM- 8x2GB
2x500GB Serial ATA - 7200rpm
QUADRO FX 4500 512MB SDRAM
Apple Cinema Display (20" flat panel)
Bluetooth Module + AirPort Extreme Card
16x SuperDrive DL (DVD+R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW)
Apple Keyboard & Mighty Mouse - U.S English
Mac OS X - U.S. English
Accessory kit
$18,662. Wow. 16 GIGS of RAM.2 dual-processors each at 2.5 GHz. Overkill? Oh, most definitely. But that doesn't matter. It's still flippin' amazing.

Why, Back in '95...
First off, I'm not going to pretend to be one of the "original" computer users for I am way too young to have a claim to that title. However, I do sort of pride myself for being able to say that my first computer experience was on an Amiga. At least, that's the first experience I remember - there are pictures of me in a diaper pounding away on a C64 keyboard.
Those were the days...installing a game? Psh, yeah right! We played Secret of Monkey Island on 14 floppy disks...and WE LIKED IT! There were so many wacky games for that old computer. The Great Giana Sisters sticks out as a marvelous Mario clone. Blood Money was a delightful little side-scrolling and overhead shooter. In fact, it was so advanced it had A voice sample in the game. A gravelly, barely understandable howl of "Bloooood Moneeeeeey" and then a high-pitched "it's a whole new world, yeeaaah" or something. And it broke into a nice techno dance beat as you mowed down various flying craft. Of course, I can never forget Zany Golf...how I long for the old Amiga system. Oh, the wonders of emulation - THAT'S what I need to do! If anybody plans to reach me soon, screw it - I'm shooting a round of Zany Golf. Or maybe I'll command a tribe of Lemmings. Maybe. Later.
As much as I loved the Amiga, our first Compaq was probably my first foray into modern computer-type areas. Decked out with Windows 95 and a little over a Gig of hard drive space, our little computer kicked butt! Memorable games included Space Ace, the Horde, Lode Runner, the Incredible Machine, and oh so many more. One program in particular actually reminds me of a sort of forerunner to the blogs. It was called Echo Lake, and you essentially created a book to log a journal or notes or what have you. Sadly, it was lost in a reformat many a year ago...
How about the old DOS command prompt? No fancy things to click here. Not familiar with how the ol' directory systems work? Guess we'll have to load up Buttons. There was something distinctly cool about accessing a program through straight commands.
This Mac is nice, don't get me wrong...but damned if my heart doesn't sing when I hear that familiar Windows "tadah!" In fact, my first step in the customization of Windows XP is always to change the startup and shutdown sounds. Oh, and I make sure to do away with that hideous green and blue bubbly theme. Give me ol' navy and grey any day of the week!
I can recall first getting connected to the Internet...the hideous screeching of the dial-up modem was music to my ears. Suddenly I knew more about videogames than what Nintendo Power told me. Sometimes I feel a pang of nostalgia for the old web sites with their shoddy lay outs and plain ol' texts. Graphics? We didn't need that crap! Not to the extent of today's sites, anyway.
Computer technology is changing. Everything is getting faster and sleeker...but if you grew up with an older system, respect the history! You're a lucky one if you got the joys of hearing a screeching dial-up modem or actually had to use screensavers to keep an image from burning into the monitor...maybe I'm just a nostalgic old coot. Heck, I'm nearly 19 and already longing for the old days. Is the career of a bitter old man in my future? Only time will tell...only time will tell...

iWant
As you may recall, I ranted a bit about the stupidity of an iPod capable of playing video. Well, now it seems that will be the only iPod available aside from the Shuffle and the Nano.
Today, Apple revealed an iPod with more battery life than before, video-playing capabilities (150 hours worth of video), and a slimmer design. For now, I am quite happy with my 20 GB non-color model, but the new iPod isn't quite as stupid as I thought it would be. However, the Nano showed us what thinness can lead to...
What's this? iTunes 6? That's right, now you can access the iTunes store and buy video clips for $1.99! These clips include music videos, movie trailers, and full-length episodes of TV shows. Now like I said before, that is an awfully small screen to watch video on. BUT WAIT! Apple has gotten clever...they've made a new dock that allows S-Video output so you can watch your video files on any S-Video ready TV or monitor. Spiffy.
And now, the angry section...I'm not angry at Apple, I'm angry at...umm...something. Probably the fates. See, the new iMac G5s came out. Not only do these have an extra .5 Gig of RAM available, have another possible 100 Gigs of storage, look sharper, have a built-in remote control, but there's a built-in iSight camera. Yes, the $150 awesome webcam that is just about the only one I've found that will properly work with Mac OS X Tiger. Actually, as far as I've seen, it is the only one that reliably works. I've half a mind to raid the iCare Corner on campus...muahaha...
So, that's it. My Apple update. That's about all I have to say right now...

Alarm Clocks
You know what I like? Alarm clocks. Sure, I wake up before the little guy most mornings, but I'm happy that it's the first face I see when I wake up. He's not like those annoying traditional clocks that tick and tock and all that jazz. No, this guy illuminates the room with his yellowish-orange digits and not a peep. Sometimes I like to look at the clock before I go to sleep and I see that little alarm dot. It comforts me to know that, through this sign, the clock is saying, "Don't worry, buddy. I'll wake you up."
That being said, today was a sleepy day. It was the kind of day where you just want to curl up on your bed and fall asleep on your psychology book. Oh wait, that happened. Except for the curling up part. For you see, it didn't occur to me at the time of reading that I would soon be asleep. Guess I'd better just prepare for that next time.
Coconut chicken wings. Those are probably the best thing I've had since coming to this Ball State place. Sure, a lot of people don't like coconuts. I don't blame them. They look like firm monkey breasts. On a kind of sad note, Aardman Animations (the home Wallace and Gromit and other animations) suffered a fire. I hear a lot of sets were lost, but it was good to hear the creator of the crazy clay duo, Nick Park, mentioning that it's just a minor event compared to other crap going on in the world. The film manager of Ipswich Cineworld described this is as "such a disaster." Meh...
Antics abound last weekend! A good buddy of mine got a little tipsy, and you know how that goes. Though not as intellectual as he usually is when he drinks, he did explain his constant urges to pee by referring to the multiplication tables. He also attempted to spray Easy Cheese to hide the stench of one of my poots. And wouldn't you know it, the cheese fell to the ground. Not happy with that, he then proceeded to lift the cheese from the carpet and hurl it at the ceiling where it remained all night. Good times.

It's Not That Easy Guys
Whoo...what to blog about? How about last Friday's statcounter statistics? 0 pageloads. NOT A SINGLE TIME WAS MY BLOG LOADED!!! Do you know how much that upsets me? Not a whole lot, really. I guess until I come up with some decent crap to write about, I'll be stuck in the low numbers. Even when I find something to write about, I'll have to be used to the lower numbers. OH well, it makes me happy. Once again, my lovely Jennifer came up to see me. We watched Dave Attel's Las Vegas thingy on Comedy Central, and OHHHH BOY! It is a great little program. Dane Cook is one funny guy.
I was going to go on about games and such...but I'm really too tired to do that crap. So instead, I'll post one of my earliest creations...YAMAUCHI BAT!

iRubbish?
Alright, so I'm sitting here thinking about blogging. I had no idea in mind, and then it came to me in the form of Google News. Apparently, the world's abuzz with the fact that Apple is having some sort of "mystery launch" soon. Many people are saying it's an iPod capable of playing videos, which MAKES ME ANGRY!!! If you have an iPod, you probably have a computer. Therefore, you can watch them on the computer. Why is it that people want to watch TV or movies on a screen so small? Has it come to the point where Americans are so addicted to TV that they can't possibly go anywhere without it? I don't know, folks...seems like iRubbish to me. On the other hand, maybe the mystery product is, in fact something much much better...we shall see. Mr. Jobs, show me something good!
On another note...I don't have much else to talk about. There was a major restructuring of my VGMix and OC Remix playlists (whoo...). Such is the exciting life I lead. I've been itching to play some classic Megaman games today. Heck, I feel like playing Megaman Legends.
Well, for now I am completely out of will to ramble. That's right, I'm out of WP. Will Points. Like Hit Points, but for will...

Good Thoughts Request
This was in the end of the last post, but I felt it was kind of inappropriate to put such a serious bit in an otherwise lighthearted post.
To wrap, a serious little bit. If you're reading this and you know the Tinsley family, there is a really tough situation going on right now. They could really use support in the form of prayer or general good wishes sent their way. Remember guys, it's important to try and smile even during the hard times.

Nintendo Fokkin' Fanboy
Yeah, that's right. I'm a Nintendo Fokkin' Fanboy. Well, sort of. Let's just say I'm very loyal to certain companies. Yes, Super Mario Sunshine made me want to frolic with a bunch of naked men around a beach yet I can still say it was a good game (which it was - not GREAT, but good). I'm a Nintendo Fokkin' Fanboy. And a Sonic one...and a Final Fantasy one...and so on. But don't think for a second that I can't see the flaws in the games! Oh, I can see the flaws of such games and yet I still think they have that little special somethin' somethin'. That's my opener for THIS post.
I'm starting to run out of things to ramble on about. I'm sure I could dredge up something from the dark recesses of my mind, but that would take so much effort. Besides, I'd rather whine about not having anything to write and then completely go against that by having a solid topic next time. That way you'll be pleasantly surprised.
"Oh, it's time to check Corey's blog. Yes, he has no topic about which to write yet I'll read it any-WHOA! A solid topic. Boy, am I pleasantly surprised!"
That's how it plays out in my head at least. Speaking of people who read this drivel, my pageloads shot through the roof last Thursday! I had 40 unique visitors from all over the world. That's a high number for this blog which sees about 5-ish visitors per day. I must figure out what was so special about that post. For you see, I base my complete self worth on how many people come to read this blog. So make me feel good about myself. Nah, just joshing. It doesn't matter to me if it's 2,000 or 2 people that read this. It's a fun little adventure regardless.
Well, that's it for now! I promise more exciting adventures tomorrow (or thereabouts). So come back! Same Bat-Time! Same Bat-Channel!

Blame Joey
Well, I was all done with my last post...and then Joey got to talking about the good ol' Dreamcast. If you've never touched a Dreamcast, then in my opinion, you are unclean and will spend an eternity writhing in the flames of damnation. But that's just my opinion. This reminds me of a story...it goes a little something like this...
Once upon a time, there was the NES and the Gameboy. There were others, but shut up - this is my story. Sure there were floods of crappy third-party games and multitudes of painful games based on movie licenses. But amidst all the dung, there were diamonds. The true classics which I don't even have to name because they're so well known. Yes, I remember wanting to find a pipe that would let me travel across the world...I wanted to ride alongside Jason in the SOPHIA...and yes, I too tried to inhale so much air that I could puff up and fly around by waving my arms. Unfortunately, it just made me pass out. And those were just a few of the memories made by the ol' grey boxes. They've never left me, and if you were to see the way I think, you'd see videogames everywhere in life.
I'd consider the next era of games the Sega Genesis and the SNES. This was my own Golden Age of gaming that consisted of RPGs (SMRPG, FFVI, Earthbound, Chrono Trigger), blue hedgehogs, and those amazing Mode 7 graphics. Cutesy characters ruled the gaming world. Just take a look at the marvel that is Rocket Knight Adventures...a possum in a suit of armor and a jet-pack? Oh yes... I still get a tingly feeling when I hear the opening chimes of Sonic the Hedgehog. Sonic's a character I really need to talk about soon...for as most of you know, I am a HUGE Sonic fan. Like, it's sick how much I like Sonic. The little blue guy is actually one of main drives to get a Saturn. Anyway, back to the systems...those were the days. Yeah, that's about it for that bit.
Then we had the Nintendo 64 and the Sony Playstation...for some reason, I could not bring myself to want a Playstation. Why would I, when I had access to Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire, Super Mario 64, Turok, and Star Fox? Can't forget Pilotwings 64...a classic sequel to a classic. Yes, I loved the Nintendo 64 and all of it's sans-CD glory. We don' need no steenkeeng CDs. Cartridges are where it's AT, man! Okay, so Nintendo screwed up there...but the 64 is still okay in my book. I finally caved in and got a Playstation which turned out to be one of the best decisions ever. Final Fantasy VII was what drove me to get a Playstation...Tactics, Tenchu, Ape Escape, and Spyro kept me there. However, I couldn't help but feel a slight tinge of evil emanating from the little PSX everytime it booted up...all the while 3DO's got up and slapped their owners across the face for buying such a system. And the Saturn reigned...but far away from me.
BUT THEN!!!! From the evil came glory. Sega released the Jesus of videogame consoles....THE DREAMCAST. Sure, it's not as impressive spec-wise as today's systems. The game library wasn't enormous. But gosh darn it, the little box of love had spunk. It didn't grind when it loaded...it chirped, happy to provide you enjoyment. I swear the lit triangle winked at me a few times, letting me know how much it loved me. When I first layed eyes on Sonic Adventure at Toys R Us, I knew this was an amazing little box. All those gadgets...online capabilities...and VMUs! How amazing is it to have a memory card with a screen? And you could download mini-games and all sorts of treasures! Oh Dreamcast...I love you. I even love having to use a boot disc to play the imported version of Shenmue II. I don't care because I love you and all of your Power Stone glory. Oh, Dreamcast...though the games have stopped coming, I'll keep a little bit of you in the VMU of my heart.
And thus ends my tale...for now...basically I don't want to talk about the Gamecube, PS2, or Xbox because this is where my feelings get complicated. Also, I'm kind of tired of typing for the moment. So that shall be a tale for another day...
BAMF!
